GDPR goes into effect May 2018. There are many changes organizations will need to carefully consider making sure they are compliant with the effective date. The primary focus will be issues pertaining to communication, consent, privacy by design, providing a full audit trail, data exports and the new obligations on data processors. Transparency and accountability. That’s the Celergo Solution.
We take full liability for compliantly managing all tax calculations, filings, and payments related to the payrolls we do for you. We give you cloud-based visibility into the work we’ve done for you. That includes full documentation of compliance filings, actions taken, and responsible parties.
Unlike our competitors, we take on the responsibility of both local, in-country compliance and compliance with global, regional and inter-country regulations related to your payrolls. And we’re the only full-service provider who guarantees compliance for every payroll we handle.
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance
Your company, as well as Celergo, has a legal obligation to avoid doing business with persons and entities involved in money laundering or terrorist financing. That includes blocking payments to any person or entity on the OFAC list and filing timely reports of all such actions with OFAC, a division of the US Treasury Department. We monitor and support company-wide compliance with our OFAC policy, which assists in the detection of such illegal transactions. This link provides more information on OFAC.
