Michele Honomichl to speak at the California Payroll Conference

Celergo’s CEO, Michele Honomichl, will be speaking at the California Payroll Conference October 18 – 19, 2012.  The 13th Biennial California Payroll Conference (CPC) will be held at Walnut Creek Marriott in Walnut Creek, CA.  This year’s theme is well suited for the Walnut Creek location: Nuts About Payroll.  This premier event is open to American Payroll Association members, their colleagues and other professionals involved in payroll, accounts payable, human resources, and technology.  This two-day event will be packed with workshops and guest presenters.

   Workshop Session 4 – Shadow Payroll
   International assignment calculations are becoming more complex each year.  This session will cover:  What is a shadow payroll?  How do you set one up?  When are they needed?  What is included in the calculations and what are the requirements of various jurisdictions?  Find out more about the requirements for expatriate payroll and the impact payments and deductions have on host and home income taxes.
