Evaluating

Celergo’s Partnership Program Managers have created a multi-point evaluation process for our ICP partners that include staff members from both Celergo and clients. As part of the evaluation protocol, adherence to service delivery metrics are carefully monitored and measured. Our Client Account Managers provide survey results after each payroll transaction to ensure the highest level of customer service.
