When a customer or individual completes and sends us the ‘Contact Us’ webpage, we will use this personal data for the purpose of providing service information or potential career opportunities based on the indicated purpose for which the customer or individual has advised in the ‘Subject Selection’ field.  When you submit information through this web portal, you are transferring such information into the United States and you here by consent to such transfer.

If the customer selects the ‘Partnerships,’ ‘Sales/New Business’ or ‘Ask the experts’ your personal information will be loaded into our marketing software and you may receive:

  • Partner marketing (ie. global HR survey)
  • Announcements about conferences we are attending
  • White papers we authored or co-authored

There are opt out features available in all material indicated above.  Celergo will not sell or rent personal data collected from a customer or individual.

Celergo may also use data to comply with legal requirements or to defend itself against any legal claim. Should we use data collected from our website for purposes other than as specifically defined in this agreement, we will first notify the customer or individual whose data is sought to be disclosed and provide the customer or individual with the ability to opt out of such disclosure. Opt out instructions will be enclosed in the initial notification.

We restrict access to any information collected by or provided through our website to our internal associates who need to know such information in order to respond to customer or individual inquires or to determine how to better market our services. If a third party is performing any service on our behalf, we ensure that the third party provides at least the same level of privacy protection that we utilize.

Our ‘Industry Links’ webpage includes links to other websites whose privacy policies may not be consistent with ours.  Our privacy policy does not address the submission of information to any of these websites.  Information submitted to these websites is governed by their separate privacy policies.
